In order for Billy to work in your home, please check that you meet the system requirements.
Billy requires an internet connection to be able to transmit the important information that will keep you and your loved ones in the loop. Billy connects to your home internet (modem) using an ethernet cable. On average, Billy will use approx. 200MB of data per month.
Seniors and family members will need the Billy app installed on their smartphone.
The Billy app is available on iPhone devices running iOS 9.0 or above and Android devices running Android 5.1 or above. You can download the Billy app here. From time to time, the Billy app may change to help improve your experience. As improvements and new features are introduced, you’ll need to update your Billy app.
