If your Billy hub is offline, this means it may have lost power or needs to be reset.
To get the hub back online, please follow these steps:
- Unplug the hub from the power socket for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes has passed, please plug the hub back into the power socket.
- You'll know that Billy is back online when you see a small green light on the front of the hub.
