Try resetting your password.
1. In your browser, navigate to https://app.billycare.com/accounts/password_reset/
2. Enter the email address associated with the account you wish to reset
3. An email will be sent to the associated email address with instructions to reset the password (please allow up to 10 minutes for this email to arrive).
4. Open the email and click on the unique link provided.
5. Enter new password in both fields.
6. Select "Change my password" to save the change.
