To make sure that Billy will work in your home, please check that you meet the system requirements.
Billy requires an internet connection to be able to transmit the important information that’ll keep you and your loved ones in the loop. Billy connects to your home internet (modem) using an ethernet cable and, on average, will use approx. 200MB of data per month.
Please make sure that the modem you have has an ethernet port. This is important to be able to connect the modem and Billy hub. The ethernet port is generally yellow, or labelled 'ethernet'. Below is an example of what this typically looks like.
You and your family members will need to install the Billy app on your smartphones.
The Billy app is available on iPhone devices running iOS 9.0 or above and Android devices running Android 8.0 or above. You can download the Billy app here.
From time to time, the Billy app may change to help improve your experience. As improvements and new features are added, you’ll need to update your Billy app.
