Yes! Your Billy kit is super simple to install — just follow the step-by-step instructions in the Billy app. It’ll guide you through set up in five important sections:

  1. Family & Friends
    Billy's built around keeping you connected with family and friends. So in this section we’ll make sure we understand your support network.
  2. Your routine
    Here, we’ll ask you a few questions to help us understand your daily routine.
  3. Connect the hub
    This section will help you install the hub and get it connected to your internet.
  4. Place the sensors
    Now we'll walk you through placing each of the sensors around your home.
  5. At home
    Lastly we’ll set up Billy so it knows you’re near home.
