Lets check to see if the sensor is out of battery:
- Remove the sensor cover by gripping the grey part of the sensor with one hand, the white part in the other, and pulling apart. (Be sure to grip the grey part even if the sensor is already attached, to avoid damaging the wall)
- Press the small button briefly (do not hold down the button or you may reset the sensor) checking for the LED to light up. If it doesn't light up, the battery is likely dead and needs replacing. You can find more information here.
- If the LED does light up, then the sensor is working, but may have disconnected from the hub. Contact us at 1300-810-006 or send us an email at email@example.com and we'll help you to get that sensor back up and running.
